We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Reward Manager to join a leading organisation and support the pay and benefits function during a busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the Head of Pay and Benefits, with a clear focus on managing benefits administration and supporting Gender Pay Gap reporting.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Overseeing the administration of employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all platforms.
* Supporting the Gender Pay Gap reporting process, ensuring compliance and accurate data reporting.
* Providing general support to the pay and benefits team, ensuring smooth operations during the assignment.
* Liaising with third-party benefit providers and assisting with queries as needed.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Reward or Benefits Manager role.
* Strong knowledge of benefits platforms and data reporting.
* Experience or understanding of Gender Pay Gap reporting.
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
* Ability to hit the ground running and support the team during a critical period.
