The Requirement
The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for working with the customers to ensure that they understand the ADAS software, to support them to activate and use the product, measure their usage, and ensure that it is aligned with the Company's and their expectations, to help them to diagnose, calibrate and program vehicles and return them to pre-accident condition to the customers. This role is ideal for someone with ADAS calibration or diagnostics experience looking for a new challenge.
Excellent benefits package including Company Van, £40,000-£45,000pa salary package and a generous commission scheme of up to £20,000pa .
Essential functions
Enable the sale of ADAS equipment
Complete ADAS recalibrations as needed on customer site
Provide account management support to the Bodyshop and SMR customers in your territory
To understand their needs and ensure that they are fully supported in the activation and use of the product
Once activated to encourage and monitor the use of the remote services to ensure they are aligned with expectations
Complete diagnostics work for customers if needed
Responsible for organizing customer visit plan's, documenting visit, reports and presenting customer performance to the European Business Development Director
Activity management using Pipedrive CRM and Sales tool Monthly reporting for customers with recommendations.
Utilizing internal reporting to identify areas of issue or concern to enable these to be addressed with the client
Feedback into the business of products, services and developments require that would support customers' needs and the Company's growth strategy
Organize events in MSO's to gain maximum traction and support from the management for the usage of the tools and in particular remote services
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
experience selling/providing account management to Bodyshops / SMR would be an advantage
Expert in resolving complex issues with vehicles
Proficient in communication with body shops directly
Proficient at all ADAS calibrations, all programmings, and all wire harness repair/replacement
Clean and current UK Driving Licence
Commercially aware
Excellent networker with powerful communication, presentation and influencing skills
Analytical and numerate
Highly organised with a flexible approach to working
This position is responsible for driving a company provided Van to various locations with their assigned geographic area.
