Job Description
1. Develop customer enquiries into orders by understanding customer requirements.
2. Generate quotations and proposals.
3. Provide technical sales support by recommending products and solutions.
4. Raise quotes and orders and follow up customer orders.
5. Work across multiple departments to meet customer requirements and resolve any customer concerns.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
1. Well-versed working within a similar role - inside sales/sales administration/customer support.
2. Experience working with and/or discussing technical products.
3. Accomplished working with customers from a business-to-business perspective (B2B).
4. Confident speaking to customers to gather information and upsell.
