We are seeking a Venue Concierge & Event Sales Executive to manage guest relations, drive venue sales, and assist in event coordination. This role is ideal for a dynamic, customer-focused individual with strong sales acumen and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Venue Concierge & Guest Relations
1. Welcome all guests, vendors, and prospective clients with professionalism and warmth.
2. Act as the first point of contact for walk-ins, phone inquiries, and email communications.
3. Conduct personalized venue tours, highlighting Minstrel Court's features and event packages.
4. Provide concierge-style service, assisting guests with special requests, local recommendations, and accommodation arrangements.
5. Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and outbound sales efforts.
6. Manage incoming inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and secure venue bookings.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with couples, corporate clients, and collaborate with the marketing team to promote venue offerings and boost conversions.
Event Coordination & Administrative Support
1. Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and documentation.
2. Coordinate event logistics, ensuring all client requirements are met.
3. Maintain booking records, CRM systems, and client communication history.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or event coordination (venue or wedding preferred).
2. A confident, professional communicator who thrives in customer-facing roles.
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
7. Willingness to work weekends and evenings, as required in the events industry.
