About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen and a minimum of two years in a similar environment.
Responsibilities:
* Execute dishes to precise menu specifications, ensuring allergen compliance and exceeding customer expectations.
* Develop and execute seasonal specials that align with our culinary vision.
* Maintain an immaculate kitchen, adhering to Health & Safety and HACCP guidelines.
* Contribute creative ideas for our 2 AA Rosette menu.
* Oversee kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence.
* Present a smart, professional appearance and demonstrate reliability.
* Mentor and support junior chefs, fostering their growth and development.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar environment.
* At least 2 years in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.
* Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
* A passion for culinary excellence and team leadership.
