Gravitas is currently supporting a UK based financial services organisation in their search for a Change Manager.
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the successful candidate will be the first person in this post, meaning you will be responsible for defining the change management role and what value it brings to an organisation. Working with Portfolio Coordinators and Project Managers you will take charge of benefits tracking, business readiness and post implementation reviews - with a focus on people and business functionality.
Role - Change Manager
Location - Offices in Liverpool, Bournemouth and London (you will be based at one of these locations - whichever is closer to you) - around 3 times a month on-site.
Responsibilities:
* Strong experience as a Change Manager - 5+ years.
* Working knowledge and experience of change delivery skills.
* Commercial, risk awareness and outcomes focused.
* Experience within the financial services sector would be highly beneficial.
* Favorable to have worked with similar projects - such as: Data Migrations, Software Development, 3rd party providers and IT upgrades.
