Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sous Chef at Deans Restaurant - A Z Creative Limited located in Perth. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the head chef in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently. They will also be involved in menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
Qualifications
* Culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking techniques
* Knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards and food safety regulations is essential
* Ability to work in a fine dining environment and handle some pressure
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Experience in a similar role or professional kitchen environment is a plus; 2AA experience is preferred
