About the location:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join the culinary team at La Dame de Pic, our prestigious two-Michelin-starred restaurant led by world-renowned chef Anne-Sophie Pic. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in one of London’s most celebrated dining experiences, contributing to innovative French cuisine with precision and artistry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
* Assist in leading and mentoring a team of chefs, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
* Contribute to menu development, respecting the restaurant’s ethos while showcasing innovative ideas.
* Maintain an efficient and organized kitchen, supporting cost control and inventory management.
* Ensure compliance with Michelin standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a fine dining kitchen, preferably Michelin-starred or equivalent.
* Passion for modern French cuisine and a commitment to culinary innovation.
* Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:
* Base Salary: £36,600 plus service charge.
* 40-hour working week.
