Pyramid8 are recruiting for a HR Manager / HR Generalist to work in a fast paced global company. This is a stand-alone role based out of their Head Office in Huddersfield.
As HR Manger you will oversee and manage a wide range of HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with UK employment laws. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional capable of handling employee relations, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, and HR policy development. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture, providing support to employees and managers, and ensuring efficient HR operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent preferred.
* Previous experience of a HR Manager role essential
* Proven experience in managing all aspects of HR, including employee relations, HR strategy and performance management.
