We are currently partnering with a leading nationally recognised brand, based in Warwick, who are recruiting for a Reward Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position with a salary band of £50,000 – £60,000 (subject to experience) and offers hybrid working with 2 days home working.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Leading on all Reward Analysis to inform pay and benefit decisions
* Managing and coordinating the end-to-end annual pay and bonus review processes
* Creating and delivering presentations/roadshows to sites around the UK to inform employees on the reward offering, take feedback and answer queries, using this data to inform future reward strategy
* Leading a robust job evaluation process to enable consistency of grading structures and salary levels
* Delivering detailed and accurate benchmarking analysis for key business roles, providing salary and remuneration package recommendations for new hires and internal moves
* Agreeing and implementing pay schemes and reward initiatives that are market competitive, drive business performance and are in line with stakeholder and business requirements
* Overseeing the completion of annual Reward activities e.g. gender pay reporting, holiday pay credits, national living wage increases
Experience required:
* Strong reward experience covering the full scope of compensation and benefits
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* Confident public speaker able to create and deliver presentations
* Job evaluation
