I am supporting a great, varied opportunity for an Assistant Shopping Centre Manager for a successful scheme in Perth.
This key position will support the Centre Manager & be a key part of the small on-site team. Key areas of delivery include:
1. To be the central point of contact for the scheme
2. Providing full administration support for a variety of processes/procedures
3. Financial administration including updating budgets, purchase orders etc
4. Tenant support - being a central point to support on-site retailers/tenants
5. Facilities coordination/administration - including Health & Safety administration/coordination, compliance & contractor coordination
