* £32,000 per Annum

The Job Role
* A Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef to manage the kitchen activities including overseeing staff, assisting with menu creation, ordering, rotas etc.
* A Sous Chef to help support with the managing and recruiting of all new kitchen team members.
* A Sous Chef that has the ability to self-manage whilst supporting and training more junior members of the brigade.
* You will maintain meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes for the venue.
The Requirements
* A proven track record within a fresh food operation.
* A proven track record with leading a team.
* A Sous Chef with a background in hotels, gastro pubs or restaurants.
* The Sous Chef will have an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
* Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken.
* A team player who leads from the front.
