Job Description
Learning and Development Manager / Training and Delivery Professional. Home-based design and delivery training and coaching to multiple sites across your local region including Manchester, Bolton, Salford, and Greater Manchester.
Pay: Up to £40,000 based on a £35,000 salary and £5,000 car allowance + benefits (25 days Annual Leave plus 8 Bank Holidays, Contributory Pension and Healthcare Scheme).
HR Careers Nationwide Recruitment Service has an exciting role for an inspirational Regional Trainer/Training and Development professional who has delivered training ideally into multiple sites across the region or country. Our client seeks a training and development professional with experience in designing, delivering, training, and coaching within the health and social care sectors.
Responsibilities
The successful trainer will have experience in:
1. Designing and delivering training in a multi-site environment.
2. Coaching and developing employees.
3. Training Needs Analysis.
4. Stakeholder management.
5. Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtually.
6. Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.
Experience/Qualifications
Required:
1. Full driving license as the client requires travel to various sites across the region.
2. Demonstrable ability to support multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
3. Experience with coaching and mentoring professionals to support their development.
4. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the health and social care sector is desirable.
5. Strong delivery and presentation skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
8. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and travel requirements.
9. Ability to analyse data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning interventions.
10. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Relevant Learning & Development/training qualification (PTTLS/CTTLS/DTTLS/Cert Ed/CIPD) or willingness to work towards this.
This role may suit someone who has been a Care Home Training Manager, Training Manager/L&D Manager, Learning Advisor, People Development Officer, or Care Home Trainer.
