Radley Green is partnering with an exciting business based in Leicester to recruit their new Head of Customer Service.

This role will report into the Chief Commercial Officer of this fast-growth business and take ownership of managing all Customer related Operations.
This role will pay between £40k and £50k (plus target based commission) and requires someone with strong team management skills, someone who can allocate resources effectively and has first-class customer services skills and experience gained in a fast-paced environment.
This role is on-site 5 days a week at the head office in the centre of Leicester
This role will entail:
* Lead, manage and motivate a team of 15 staff including those in the office and out on site
* Be the first point of contact for all customer queries, problems and sales opportunities
* Oversee quality control of all customer work to ensure the highest possible quality of work
* Manage the department’s budget, cost analysis and resource allocation
* Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, service metrics and team performance.
This role requires someone who:
* Has experience leading and motivating a team
* Has experience in a fast-growth business providing first class customer service
* Has the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
* Strong excel and systems skills
