As a Sous Chef, you will work with the Head Chef to prepare meals, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen, meeting Food Safety guidelines and high standards.
Key Requirements:
* Basic numeric and literacy skills
* Basic food hygiene certificate (L3 certificate required)
* Ability to use and maintain catering and cleaning products
* Knowledge of food preparation, stock control, and rotation
* Good communication skills

Hours: 08:00-18:00, with a permanent rolling rota of 35 hours per week, including 3 consecutive shifts on, followed by 3 consecutive shifts off.
Hourly Rate: £17.00
