Job Title: Fleet Sales Executive
Salary: £28,000 + Comms
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Location: Burnley
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Fleet Sales Executive to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business as they are currently seeing exceptional growth across the group of companies. This role mainly consists of building and maintaining relationships with existing and lapsed clients ensuring they are retained whilst offering different services from the group.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call and secure appointments for the sales team while also building your own database of new customers to increase revenues (this will make up 40-50% of the role).
2. Communicate with existing customers to ensure they are happy and open to exploring growth areas within their business.
3. Order vehicles from our wide range of suppliers in line with customers' requirements.
4. Book in and inspect a wide range of vehicles to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications.
5. Study stock reports from suppliers to ensure you are fully aware of the available inventory.
6. Work closely with our contract hire team to ensure that we don't miss out on any internal opportunities.
7. Identify upselling opportunities within your customer base.
8. Build solutions and problem-solving approaches to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
9. Ensure all internal systems are updated, such as CRM and Pipedrive, to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.
About You:
1. A confident communicator (verbal & written).
2. An uncompromising customer focus.
3. Professional but personal people skills.
4. Outstanding ownership & problem-solving ability.
5. Knowledge of business social media platforms would be helpful, but not essential.
6. Excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn.
7. Telesales experience would be beneficial.
8. Knowledge of the vehicle industry.
