Location – Remote (However, required to travel to UK / Switzerland / Germany once every quarter, UAE / US / Singapore – once a year)

Oilytics LTD is a fast-growing business that helps clients navigate the complex oil trading markets. We empower clients with cutting-edge technology and analytics. Our clients are global and we continue to provide value through different ways to each of our clients.
Since our founding in 2019, Oilytics has remained bootstrapped. We have avoided external funding to grow organically and most of our sales and marketing has been done by our client’s good feedback within the industry. We remain focused on the product and the previous sales have been done by the founders. With the company’s footprint growing, Oilytics is looking for a sales candidate that can help the founders to increase the sales distribution network which in effect will boost revenue. We are a small team of 7 that comprises the 2 founders and developers.
The founders are based in London and New York, but we have no preference for this role’s location. However, the candidate must be willing to travel to meet at client sites remains critical.
What you’ll do
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial candidate to join our team, focusing on expanding our client base within the oil trading sector. This role offers full ownership of accounts and autonomy to drive your strategies. As all previous sales have been done by the founders, this is a very good opportunity to work closely with the companies’ founders. As the company grows, this role can also evolve to managing and delegating some tasks to future salespeople hires.
We are looking for someone with an owner mentality. Our pay structure will incentivise this thinking as we offer unlimited OTE or variable pay. We are looking for someone who is happy to pick up the phone to prospective clients and doesn’t get bogged down by rejection.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of accounts and prospects in the sales pipeline, manage the sales process, know when to bring the founders in to close the deal, develop opportunities and demo the product.
* Check in with existing clients and see what further value add we can provide.
* Collaborate with our marketing executive to convert content into leads and sales.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
* Implement innovative sales strategies and ideas to drive growth and improve client engagement.

* This role is flexible location wise, but you must be able to travel to certain client locations when required.
