An established full-service virtual law firm registered in New York and BVI is looking to hire a legal recruiter to join its rapidly growing business services division. Established in, they are well-recognised as a specialist in litigation and transactional work, and legal operations outsourcing.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who has worked in the legal services sector to join the ongoing development and implementation of the firm’s recruitment strategy.
The Role:
1. Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top associates and business services personnel for the firm.
2. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from securing headcount approval to onboarding
3. Working closely with partners, managers and other senior stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with external recruiting partners.
5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable advice to both clients and candidates.
To Qualify:
6. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7. Proven track record in a similar role for at least 3 years.
8. In-depth knowledge of recruitment principles, methods and best practices.
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple key roles.
