Key Responsibilities:
Understanding needs, identifying solutions, and providing remote technical assistance through digital platforms
Building strong connections and identifying business opportunities, collaborating with the wider sales team
Supporting partners and attending industry events, including occasional international travel
Managing sales channels, assisting partners with inquiries, and providing technical support and quotations
Organising and supporting events, creating presentations, and developing content for various channels
Gathering customer feedback and analysing market trends to support business growth
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Previous experience in a technical role with customer service
Full UK driving licence
Ability to travel when required
Ideally you will have a degree in Science, or Mechanical Engineering
Well organised and results driven
Positive and energetic attitude
