We are partnering with a global company in the energy sector to hire a Customer Support Specialist. This is a critical role, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts. This role is focused on addressing customer/host queries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to ensure timely and satisfactory solutions. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless and exceptional support experience, building strong relationships with key customers, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What You'll Need
1. Proven experience in a customer support, account management, or similar role, ideally working with Tier 1 or key accounts.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve customer issues effectively.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
5. Familiarity with support tools and platforms, as well as the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
6. A team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
