Recruitment Manager- Technical
Location: Southampton
Salary: Up to £60k DOE + Commission

The Role:
As a Recruitment Manager, you’ll take ownership of client management and talent attraction, becoming a key figure in their niche recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand client relationships within the maritime industry.
* Manage key accounts and drive business growth.
* Build your personal brand as a specialist recruiter.
* Work both independently and manage part of a collaborative team.
You MUST have:
* At least 3 years of 360 agency recruitment experience in renewables, shipping, shipbuilding, energy, or oil and gas.
* Proven track record of creating candidate pipelines and winning new business.
* Experience of mentoring and supporting a small team.
* A positive, relationship-driven approach to recruitment.
* A team-player mindset with a drive to succeed.
