This client of ours is absolutely thriving and is now keen to recruit an enthusiastic and incredibly motivated Sales Executive with a proven track record of generating sales and fostering relationships with existing and prospective customers. Work hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday Salary: £26,000 - £29,000, plus target-related bonuses 28 days holiday including bank holidays Annual company bonus Target-related incentives, including early finish Fridays and additional holidays Free on-site parking Employee discounts Access to a pension scheme Sales Executive Responsibilities: Cement existing relationships by successfully managing a number of accounts and maintaining regular contact Further account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities Reach out to warm leads to identify prospective business and generate sales Attend network events and trade shows to make introductions and generate interest Deliver an excellent customer journey by listening to their needs and recommending relevant products Successfully handle incoming queries and resolve issues Close sales and successfully process orders, ensuring all order details are accurate Update the CRM, accurately recording sales activity and customer communications Sales Executive Skills and Experience: Previous sales experience, ideally gained in a business-to-business environment and happy to be client-facing Experience in selling luxury interiors would be an advantage Enjoys working towards sales targets and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Enthusiastic and driven, has a positive, can-do attitude Exceptional communication skills, confident building rapport and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers IT literate, experience of using a CRM system and Sage 200 would be advantageous
