We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and driven Outbound Sales Representative to join an established sales team in Omagh. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and engaging potential clients to drive business growth. The Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential leads via phone, email, and other communication methods. Your primary goal will be to generate interest in the products/services and qualify leads to pass on to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads and opportunities.
2. Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.
3. Research and identify potential prospects in target markets and industries.
4. Qualify leads by understanding the prospect's needs and business requirements.
5. Establish rapport and trust with prospects to foster long-term relationships.
6. Update the CRM with accurate and detailed information.
7. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and targets.
8. Stay informed about company products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Full company training will be provided; however, the following are essential requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing, at least 1 year is essential.
2. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and other sales-related software.
3. Ability to build rapport and handle rejection with a positive attitude.
4. Ability to quickly learn about new products/services and effectively communicate their benefits.
