Are you currently working on a service desk and looking to join a company that offers progression? Or maybe you have a passion for IT but haven't yet managed to get your foot in the door? Then this is the role for you.
As a 2nd line IT Service Desk Analyst, you will work for a leading delivery and logistics provider based in Liverpool. With online shopping rapidly growing, this is a great time to start with a continuously expanding company!
Rachel, your line manager, encourages team development and is keen for employees to upskill and be promoted – a perfect opportunity for someone eager to gain experience.
You will collaborate with 7 Service Desk Analysts to resolve IT issues for internal colleagues and external customers, ensuring smooth business operations. The role requires customer focus and the ability to manage expectations in a busy office environment.
If you have a few months of hands-on IT experience, that's great, but the key qualities are the right attitude, interest in building an IT career, and willingness to learn to become a great 2nd line support technician!
