The Priest House Hotel are looking for a passionate and capable Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The hotel has a stunning location and exciting development plans over the next 2 years. We're looking for an energising and capable Chef to join our team under the leadership of our newly appointed award winning Head Chef. What you'll have: Passion, commitment, relative experience in managing food costs and delivering on budgeted GP, commitment to high levels of food safety & hygiene, enthusiasm to develop others. There are significant plans for expansion & development of the hotel. Sous Chef, on a full time permanent basis, 45 hours per week. Minimum of level two food hygiene certificate essential. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy fine dining restaurant. Own transportation required due to location.
