We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety. Design and develop innovative Indian menus, including seasonal and regional specialties. Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maintain compliance with food hygiene regulations and health & safety standards. Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance guest satisfaction and implement feedback. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role, preferably within an Indian cuisine setting. Expertise in a wide range of Indian culinary techniques and regional dishes. Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail. Food hygiene and safety certification (Level 3 or higher preferred). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
