Description of Job:
We are looking for someone with a passion for providing high-level service to customers as part of the supporter services team based at the BRF offices in Abingdon. This role involves processing orders from online, phone, and post, and answering queries from our supporters. Every conversation and interaction with our supporters is an opportunity for your relationship management skills to shine through! Our supporters are committed to our mission, and we're committed to them, so this role is a vitally important part of the BRF Ministries team.
