What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the Head Chef in
producing high-quality food in line with company food brief.
* Assuming full responsibility
for kitchen operations during the absence of the Head Chef, managing
duties such as rota management, food safety protocols, and cleaning
schedules.
* Ensuring the food service
meets and enhances customer expectations, embodying our company values:
Set the Bar High, From the Heart, Raise the Spirits, and Make us the Talk
of the Town.
* Assisting in maintaining
gross profit margins through menu planning, stock control, portion
management, and menu pricing.
* Ensuring compliance with
health & safety, food safety, and fire safety regulations within the
kitchen.
* Assisting in ongoing training
and development of kitchen team members.
