What’s involved?
As a member of the kitchen team, you will provide food for our members, their guests, and visitors. We pride ourselves on the quality of what the club offers and the satisfaction it provides to our customers.
* Prepare, cook, and serve all dishes on the current menu, complying with policies on quality, quantity, food hygiene, and portion control.
* Work with the catering management team to ensure the kitchen operates effectively and efficiently, maintaining high productivity and low wastage.
* Suggest and participate in discussions on dishes and menus.
* Manage stock to control and rotate inventory, minimizing wastage, and place orders at appropriate times.
* Enforce kitchen, personal, and food hygiene standards.
* Cover the duties of the Head Chef during their absence.
