Job Description
My Client based in Norfolk are currently on the search for a Service Desk Analyst to join and become productive until the end of March 2025. Working as an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will report to the Service Desk Manager, and provide a professional 1st line support service to external business users. This will involve analysis, diagnosis and resolution of user problems, as well as general administration duties. Much of the work will involve outbound calls and emails as well as inbound calls.
This is a Hybrid role of up to 4 days per week on site. This role is Inside IR35, PAYE paying £14 per hour.
You will be responsible for the following;
* Provide administrative support to the Back Office and bespoke systems where required.
* To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all Service Level Agreements.
* Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support - logging incidents into the service desk system and managing tickets triaged from front-line support.
