Your Role: As our Apprentice Training Manager, you'll be at the heart of our state-of-the-art Academy, delivering and developing top-notch learning programs. Your mission? To ensure our apprentices achieve their qualifications and engineering accreditations in a safe, supportive, and dynamic learning environment. About the Apprenticeship Programme: Our Apprenticeship Programme combines hands-on technical training with classroom learning, all delivered onsite. Your core responsibility will be to provide high-quality training that helps apprentices reach their career goals and gain professional skills, behaviors, and competencies. What You'll Need: Essential Skills & Experience: Manual machining experience (milling, turning, hand fitting) Strong Health and Safety knowledge Disciplined approach to manufacturing and quality Enthusiastic and patient mentoring style Ability to work independently Energetic, dynamic, and a "can-do" attitude Passion for training and developing others Self-motivated with a drive for professional growth Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience mentoring or teaching young people Understanding of apprenticeships (training provided) Relevant Health & Safety qualifications Training in Safeguarding, Prevent, and Equality & Diversity Recent experience in a manufacturing workshop Proficiency in MS software packages Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, high-quality training to apprentices Collaborate with external trainers to deliver curriculum courses Maintain training quality and standardization Conduct assessments and prepare learning environments Develop new training materials for engaging sessions Support learners needing additional help or challenges Deliver quality induction sessions for new apprentices Promote a positive culture and brand values Ensure all training adheres to Health and Safety standards What We Offer: Competitive pay 25 days holiday (pro rata) Private healthcare (Aviva) Company pension scheme (Nest) Life insurance (3x P60 earnings, Aviva) · Free onsite parking · A modern working environment with state-of-the-art machines Ready to make a difference?
