Job Overview
We're seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Broadband Technical Team. In this role, you'll be talking over the phone to customers with all sorts of broadband tech-related queries.
You don't need specific experience to join us. Provided you're naturally helpful, calm, and can build relationships – we can train you on the rest.
The Role
You'll be working closely with our customers to resolve their technical issues. This could involve troubleshooting, providing step-by-step instructions, or escalating complex issues to our specialist teams.
