Delegate Sales Executive
Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire (easily commutable locations listed below)
Salary: £23,000 + Commission, OTE £35,000 Year 1 + Excellent Benefits
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Delegate Sales Executive to join a dynamic, fast-growing company within the B2B events sector. This office-based role will see you working from their Cheshunt location, selling delegate passes to exclusive conferences and networking events. Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify potential attendees for B2B conferences through leads and outreach.
2. Build and manage a sales pipeline via phone and email outreach.
3. Articulate the value proposition of the events to potential delegates.
4. Convert leads into confirmed attendees by using effective sales techniques.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process and deliver results.
What Experience is Required:
1. Previous experience in sales, business development or customer service (B2B experience a plus).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport.
3. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £23,000 basic + Commission (OTE £35,000 in Year 1)
