Pertemps are working exclusively with a long standing client who are seeking to appoint a Customer Support Co-ordinator based within their busy HQ.

Duties:
1. Work alongside current existing clients to arrange annual servicing and certificates.
2. Schedule service engineers and provide regular updates for next jobs.
3. Monitor the service email inbox.
4. Generate and send invoices to customers.
5. Enhance overall customer satisfaction.
6. Prepare overall quotes and obtain client approval.
7. Collaborate closely with clients' customer care teams.
8. Address customer complaints and ensure they are resolved within the target timeframe.
This role would highly suit someone with exceptional customer service and organisational skills. Previous scheduling experience is desired as this is a very fast paced role.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum.
