Salary Range: £25,000 - £25,200

Working Pattern: Full-time, 35 hours per week, including Saturdays

What you’ll need:
* Crucially, you're a people person – caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required)
* The ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
* The passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, and act with care and integrity.
* A commitment to deliver on your promises and go above and beyond for your customers.
* A genuine teammate - collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met.
* If located in one of our hybrid locations, you will need to meet our Homeworking criteria, e.g., a quiet room at home, stable internet connection.
