From the founders of the Michelin-starred Sabor, Chef Nieves Barragn Mohacho, in partnership with JKS Restaurants, is seeking a passionate and talented Senior Pastry Chef to be part of Legadoa brand-new Spanish restaurant opening this summer in Shoreditch.

The Location Legado, meaning legacy in Spanish will showcase the depth and diversity of Spanish food. With over two decades of experience leading Spanish cuisine in London, Chef Nieves is bringing her vision to life at Legado, a celebration of Spains regional culinary heritage.
Legado will open summer 2025 in Montacute Yards, just off Shoreditch High Street.
The Position We're looking for an experienced Senior Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team, elevating our pastry selection and help with the creation of new dishes, delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. You'll have experience working in a quality kitchen, adhering to standard operating and Health and Safety procedures.

If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
Prior experience as a Pastry Chef Chef de Partie (Ideally within a Michelin restaurant)
Have a team effort mentality with an attitude for hard work;
A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
Passion for food and hospitality, and be eager to continually learn using our L&D programme;
The desire to develop your career within a pioneering and contemporary restaurant.
