National Account Support and Sales Executive
Altegra Integrated Solutions has grown to become one of the UK's leading independently owned material handling equipment service providers, and provides facilities management, training and hire to its customers with over 100 employees and 2 sites located across the UK.
About the Role
This role will suit a highly motivated driven individual who enjoys supporting colleagues, is very organised and has a great attention to detail. The main responsibility is to support the National Account Manager to ensure the back-office support of these accounts is maintained to the highest level.
Responsibilities
1. Assisting NAM with all aspects of administration associated with allocated accounts
2. Working with the service team to ensure compliance with Service Level agreements
3. Working with the sales team to proactively share end-of-contract machines coming back into the business
4. Quote building & preparation
5. Review meeting preparation and data management
6. Attending customer meetings with NAM
7. Actioning daily customer requests/reports
8. Generating sales reporting for internal sales meetings
9. Assisting with invoice queries
10. Daily customer engagement
11. Fleet optimization planning and reporting
12. VOR monitoring/prop arrangement
13. RAMS framework/support/enforcement
Candidate Requirements
1. A sound knowledge of the MHE industry would be advantageous
2. Good IT skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and Internet Explorer
3. The ability to learn to use our CRM and internal Protean forklift software
4. Ability to work alone and as an integral part of a team
5. Enjoy selling, challenges & successes and working with others
6. Ability to build strong relationships with dealers and sales teams alike
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
8. High focus on customer relationships
