Duties

2. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our products/services effectively.
3. Utilise SAP CRM software for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
5. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and enhance brand visibility.
6. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
7. Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
2. Proficiency in SAP CRM software is highly desirable.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
7. Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and best practices is beneficial.
