Role Overview:
* Provide 1st line desktop and network support to users and systems.
* Provide 1st line application support and troubleshooting including LAN/WAN and wireless.
* Prioritise tickets logged according to impact/urgency.
* Escalate incident tickets via the correct channels when required.
* Maintain Service management, logging of all incidents, service requests and changes within the system and ensuring they are kept up to date.
What You Would Bring:
* Previous experience working in an IT service desk environment.
* Clear and confident communication skills.
* Passion for IT and willingness to learn and develop.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 2016 and 365.
