This exciting role is within our Reward Practice team, based in our London office (although other locations will be considered). We are looking for talented and driven Reward specialists who are excited by the opportunity to work within a growing business and be a key part of this exciting journey.
What will you be doing?
* Managing and delivering client projects on Reward workflows, which can include:
o Working closely with senior leaders to support and lead on designing and structuring new equity or cash-based incentive plans.
o Advising on the tax impact of corporate transactions on existing or new compensation and benefits plans.
o Designing plans for the wider workforce including employee share purchase plans.
o Advising Remuneration Committees and management teams on reward strategy, corporate governance, and pay regulation.
o Assisting with the drafting of Director’s Remuneration Reports.
o Maintaining awareness of market trends and competitor activity.
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
* Collaborating with other teams to deliver integrated advice.
* Delegating and reviewing work carried out by junior team members.
* Training and developing junior team members.
* Assisting in the development of innovative solutions for clients.
* Effectively managing commercial and contractual aspects of engagements.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Work experience demonstrating strong technical and client service skills.
* ATT and/or CTA/ACA/Legal qualification.
Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:
* Experience in designing and structuring equity or cash-based incentive plans.
* Experience advising on reward strategy and corporate governance.
* Experience with pay and benefits benchmarking.
