SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
UNO Windows and Doors are based at the prestigious Roccia Showroom in Preston and are part of the Roccia family, selling high end doors and windows for Internorm, RK Doors and Velfac/Rationel.
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Sales Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and have a natural flair for business development.
Providing bespoke glazing solutions to existing and new customers, you will need to be a talented individual who has proven experience in delivering high end sales in a professional manner and an ability to assist in the development and growth of the business.
About You
* You will need to have at least 5 years’ proven sales experience in high end retail environment.
* A thorough knowledge and understanding of glazing products.
* Excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone.
* Professional attitude and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
* High level of attendance and appearance with the ability to influence, inspire and connect with customers.
* Attention to detail and IT literate.
* Committed to personal development.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationships management.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targes and objectives.
* Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads with potential customers.
* To provide world class customer service to all our clients over the phone and in person at our showroom.
* Meet with customers, prepare project briefs and quotations.
* Manage customer projects from initiation to completion, where required.
* Work with fitting teams to project manage installations.
* Occasional site visits to customer homes where necessary.
* To work collaboratively with other departments within Roccia as required.
* Develop meaningful relationships with our customers and provide an excellent after sales service.
