Junior Sous Chef requred for a Rosette accredited country inn with rooms, salary £30,000 to £32,000 per annum. PRS are working with an independent country inn situated in the beautiful countryside of Richmond, who require an ambitious and hard working Junior Sous Chef for their Rosette accredited restaurant. This is a full time permanent role with a basic salary of £30,000 to £32,000 dependent on experience, but with plenty of scope to be increased through excellent performance on an annual basis. To be considered for this role you will have a strong background working in a quality, fresh food environment, with an eye for detail and a knowledge of preparing quality dishes. If you have experience in a Rosette awarded restaurant, this would be advantageous, however the key is that you have a passion to excel and enhance your culinary skills. Due to the location of this site, you will need to be a driver and have your own car. Accommodation is available at a discounted rate if required. The Head Chef is looking for the right individual who shares a passion for high standards and who can take on instruction to learn and develop within a standards driven kitchen operation.
