VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Customer Support & Sales Admin for a major company that specializes in Supply, Distribution, and Manufacturing.
This is a Full-time position - Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.30pm).
Permanent position - Monday - Friday - Position of work is Newry.
Salary: Fully Negotiable (£26,000 preferred) + Fantastic Benefits package
Responsibilities:
* Monitor sales email inbox ensuring emails are dealt with in a timely manner.
* Receiving and processing sales orders on the ERP system.
* Verifying orders, including customer's personal information and payment details.
* Dealing effectively and efficiently with customers' requests & queries, such as stock availability, delivery times, and notification of delays.
* Imparting technical and product information to customers, including offering alternative product choices.
* Handling customer queries and complaints.
* Proactive telesales function within the sales office focusing on individual and team KPI's.
* Point of contact for the sales representatives, receiving and processing orders, and dealing with sample requests.
* Meet and greet in the office and handle any trade enquiries.
* Work effectively with other departments.
* General office administrative duties and any other duties that may be assigned.
The Ideal Person:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows and Office packages.
* Knowledge of sales processes, order process, and order fulfilment.
* Excellent communication and customer care skills (face-to-face and via telephone) and enjoy engaging with customers.
