Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Bristol. The Head Chef will manage all kitchen operations, including menu creation, ordering and inventory management, and ensuring food quality and presentation. Other key duties include training and supervising kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards, and continuously improving culinary processes and menu offerings. The Head Chef will collaborate with management to develop innovative dishes and provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

* Proven ability in menu creation, food presentation, and quality control
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in training kitchen staff
* Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong communication and collaborative skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
