Job Title: Reward Manager

This role reports directly to the Head of People and offers the chance to work on high-impact projects that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the annual salary, bonus, and benefits review process to ensure alignment with market standards.
* Design and implement a robust total reward strategy that encompasses various elements, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding reward initiatives.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of reward programs.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
