HR & Training Manager
Main Purpose
To provide a strategic, professional HR service that fosters a positive work environment and ensure compliance with HR legislation and best practices across both Manufacturing and Services Factory's.
HR
1. Overseeing the recruitment, selection and the onboarding process
2. Conducting right to work checks
3. Ensure policies and practices are compliant with all current HR legislation and industry standards
4. Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation
5. Deal with staff issues regarding performance or at tendance in a legally compliant and professional way
6. Handling any disciplinary or formal grievances in a professional and fair manner
7. Provide advice and support to the management team with regard to staff issues
8. Working with the Head of HR and any external agency to design and deliver the annual employee engagement survey
