Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all HR functions to support organisational objectives and ensure best practices.
* Provide senior leadership on complex HR matters, focusing on fostering a positive, productive workplace.
* Drive large-scale, organisation-wide projects that advance strategic goals.
* Promote a culture of inclusivity, guiding EDI initiatives to enhance workforce engagement and diversity.
* Build development programs to support continuous growth and enhance organisational effectiveness.
* Identify workforce needs, address skills gaps, and align talent strategies with future organisational trends.
* Collaborate with board members to contribute to high-level decision-making and strategic planning.
* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including unions and tied partners, to foster a cohesive and supportive environment.
