HR GeneralistDue to growth, my client is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. Based predominantly in Weybridge, you will also be looking after their office in Lowestoft, so you will be required to be there approx. 2/3 days every other week. Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide advice, coaching/consulting on a variety of HR and business issues to business unit managers and employees. Builds organizational capability by coaching managers on strategies for performance enhancement.
* Oversee the employee lifecycle including, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and talent management.
* Responsible for implementing corporate HR initiatives and processes which may require balancing corporate goals with regional practices, goals and objectives. At the corporate HR level ensures that the business unit’s needs and challenges are represented and considered (ensuring that HR is directionally in step with the business unit’s strategy).
* Drive Employee Engagement activities including team building, social events and recognition activities are prominent and visible.
* Support the HRBP and HR Director with other People & Culture related tasks and initiatives.
* Support the Global Office and Employee Experience Director with the management of the Lowestoft and Norwich office facilities. Ensure facilities and amenities are maintained.
