Reward Manager Role

As Reward Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the companys reward, compensation, and benefits strategies. You will collaborate with senior leadership, the people team, and operational colleagues to create a comprehensive and equitable rewards approach, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with senior leadership to design and implement impactful compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives.
2. Lead job benchmarking and market reviews to ensure competitive compensation.
3. Oversee the design and management of a colleague benefits package, including health and wellbeing programs, salary sacrifice schemes, and more.
4. Develop KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of reward initiatives and provide data-driven insights.
