We are recruiting for a Permanent Polish speaking Technical Support agent for a company based in Newark.
This role does offer remote working subject to a stable internet connection and suitable work station at home, or you can work in the modern offices here in Newark. If you are based out of the area and unable to do your training in the office we do look for people with similar experience from a previous role.

This role is based on shift and roughly follows a monthly rota. Shifts are 8.5h with 30 min unpaid lunch and shifts can be anything within 6am-9pm Monday to Saturday. Typically it works in the patterns of early/mid/mid/late but may depends on the business needs. There is a weekend shift every 2 weeks.
Role
· Providing 1st line technical support for a range of key clients in Polish and English
· Logging all incidents on relevant CRM and software systems
· Diagnosing technical faults and providing over the phone solutions
· Escalating technical queries to 2nd line support
· Providing excellent levels of customer service and support
· Working to Service Level Agreements (SLA) against call handling time, resolution etc
· Monitor group mailboxes, ensuring all inbound queries received a response within SLA
· Collection of feedback from end users via outbound calls, when required
